Following the Christmas Holiday Salt Depot installed two hybrid semi-automatic robotic palletizing systems designed and engineered by Hamer-Fischbein. They have the ability to stack 20 bags per minute per machine. The pallet conveyor will automatically move the finished pallet to the end of the line for a forklift to retrieve and place it on one of our automatic wrappers while the robotic arms continue to stack the next pallet.

The machines are powered by touch screen programming to be compatible with all of our product offerings. They are designed to work 24/7, seven days a week. We are extremely excited to be able increase production time and to be able to better serve our customers!
